2022 Abbey Road Farm

Winemaking: Grapes were hand-picked and placed 100% whole cluster in a 1T Stainless Steel tank. One bucket of fermenting Syrah juice was place on top of the grapes. An air tight lid was placed over the fruit. 14 days later the wine was pressed off into one clay Amphora and one neutral French oak barrel. 7 month elevage.
