Terry Vineyard is 7 miles west of Abbey Road Farm in the rolling foothills of the coastal range on the western edge of the Yamhill Carlton AVA. Fruit came in early morning and the whole clusters were slowly pressed using the stems and skin as natural filters. Once fully press juice is transferred to a settling tank for 12 hours. The heavier material in the juice will sink to the bottom of tank leaving clear juice. The clear juice is goes into neutral barrels where it stays through primary fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and ageing a total of 18 months. The result is a clean chardonnay with bright acidity and lush mouth feel.

Production Notes
The Chardonnay Grapes were picked early in the morning then pressed extra hard to extract phenolics and fruit flavors from each whole berry. The wine was natively fermented through primary fermentation in a combination of new and neutral French oak barrels. The wine was racked to stainless steel after 22 months of aging in barrel. Bottled without fining or filtering. 75 cases produced.
