2019 Abbey Road Farm Strawberry Wine
A Pét-Nat made with Mt. Hood Strawberries (40%) and Pinot Noir Rosé (60%).

100lbs of Hood Strawberries were hand destemmed, crushed, and fermented. The juice was then blended with Non-vintage Pinot Noir Rosé (60% Strawberry, 40% Rosé) with just enough sugar to finish fermentation in bottle. The wines were disgorged after 6 months and crown capped.
