This Pinot Noir is a mix of all 10 of Abbey Road Farm clones and is 100% Pinot Noir. Aromatics are dark fruited with Blackberry and rich with Cacao Nibs and Baking Spice. Strawberry, Cherry and Cranberry on the Palate with a soft Pepper finish. Age Ability: 5-7 years.
Trousseau is a French red wine varietal from the region of Jura. This wine has a pop of Strawberry and Brioche on the nose with some Hibiscus and Rose Hips. Notes of Cranberry, Baked Fruits and Cardamom on the Palate. Age Ability: 4-6 Years.
This is a single vineyard Pinot Noir from the Dundee Hills AVA, fermented in a 3-ton French Oak fermenter. The aromatics are of ripe Bing Cherry and Raspberry with subtle French Vanilla notes. True Dundee Hills expressions of Cherry, Raspberry with a spiced finish. Age Ability: 5-10 years.
Single Clone Pinot Noir from our Middle Block, less than 1 acre planted. There is bright Red Cherry with Black Currant and Raspberry Cordial on the nose. Notes of Pomegranate, Raspberry, Strawberry Preserve and White Pepper on the Palate. Age Ability: 5-7 years.
Fruit forward red wine with some Earthy under tones. Aromatics are dark fruited with Black Cherry and Blackberry, and some Rhubarb and Forest Floor to round out the nose. The palate is red fruited with Cranberry, Rainier Cherry with a subtle White Pepper finish. Age Ability: 4-6 years.
